How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website! Simply browse our collections, select the items you'd like, choose your preferred date and time for pickup or delivery, and proceed to checkout. For any special requests or large orders, feel free to email us at orders@jakes-bakes.com.
What are your prices?
Our prices vary depending on the item and size. You can find the exact price listed on each product page.
What are your pickup and delivery times?
You can see exact available dates and times when you place your order.
Do you ship nationwide?
We don't ship, we deliver baked goods straight to your doorstep. Our local delivery covers the area within about 1 hr of our bakery at 52 Seaman Ave, Castleton-on-Hudson, NY.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We offer some gluten-friendly, vegan, and sugar-free options, which are clearly labeled on our product pages. However, we are not a certified gluten-free or allergen-free facility, so we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur.
How far in advance should I order?
For standard items, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance. For cakes, we recommend booking at least 1 week in advance, especially during holidays and busy seasons.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase gift cards on our website for any amount from $10 to $500. They never expire and can be used for any of our products. Visit our Gift Cards page to get one.
Can Jake's Bakes bake for my special event?
Absolutely! Whether it's a birthday, wedding, corporate event, or any celebration, we can provide beautifully packaged baked goods for your guests. Please email us at orders@jakes-bakes.com with your event details, and we'll help you create the perfect dessert spread.
