Our Story
Jake's Bakes started the way a lot of our best ideas do, in our own kitchen. What began as a mother and son baking together, just for the love of it, slowly turned into something bigger once friends, family, and neighbors kept asking for “just one more batch.”

Jake's Bakes is, at its heart, a family affair. We're a mother and son team from Castleton-on-Hudson, NY, and we built this business out of a shared love of baking. Flour on the counter, music on in the background, and a kitchen that always smells like something good is coming out of the oven.
We wanted to share that love with others, and that's how the business grew. Today we specialize in gourmet cupcakes and cookies with a huge variety of flavors, and we're just as happy making muffins, brownies, or cakes for whatever you're celebrating. We're not happy unless every bite makes you smile.
